Peonies

Guess what I got for Christmas? It is called “How to Draw Modern Florals 101”, by Alli Koch. You can find out more about her wonderful work over here.

I fell in love with her style, and have been craving her book ever since it came out. And I have already gone through the daisy, tulip, anemone, sunflower and now the peony.

This was my take on it:

Note my sorry attempt at calligraphy… Got to practice that.
